The 1st 20 minutes of this film is flashbacks to movie 1. We don't need them. Generally again, the pacing in this film is too much. It just lasts far too long. It's a bit annoying that Frodo & Sam go to a place in this film where they don't actually go in the book. If the director thought it was a good idea to adapt a book then why not stick to the story of the book.
They stick to book one and they stick to book three but they start inventing things for book two?
Who died and made him Tolkien? Of the 3 films this is the best as it has the best action.
I still really didn't like it though.
